1. Youve built a career that blends modeling and influencing. How did that journey begin for you, and what keeps you inspired today?

It started when I was scouted in London at sixteen by Wilhelmina Models. That moment completely changed my perspective, and I suddenly saw modeling as something I could really pursue. After that, I went back to Sweden and signed with a Swedish agency, which became the true starting point of my career. Over the years, I transitioned from traditional modeling to also creating my own content, which allowed me to express my own vision and creativity. What keeps me inspired is evolution, constantly learning, growing, and finding new ways to merge fashion, wellness, and self-expression into something that feels real and personal.

2. How would you describe your personal style today, and how has it evolved as your modeling and influencer career has grown?

My style today is very classic and feminine with a minimal edge. As I’ve gotten more experienced, I’ve learned to value quality over quantity. Once you’ve worked with high-end brands, you start to appreciate craftsmanship, the fit, the fabric, and the small details that make something timeless. I’d rather invest in one perfect blazer or bag than ten pieces that I’ll forget about in a month. I don’t really follow trends anymore; I prefer clothes that last and feel like me. I’d describe my wardrobe as clean, neutral, and sophisticated, always classy, never overdone.

3. Modeling often requires discipline and self-awareness. How do you balance the pressure to look a certain way while still prioritizing your mental and physical health?

It took time to find that balance. Modeling can easily make you overly critical of yourself, but I’ve learned that health is about long-term consistency, not constant control. I take care of my body because it supports me in everything I do, not because of pressure. I eat nourishing food, sleep well, and train in a way that makes me feel strong rather than drained. I also give myself permission to rest and to live. You can’t perform your best if you’re constantly pushing yourself beyond your limits. Mental health is just as important, maybe even more. I try to stay grounded through walks, being close to nature, and spending time with my loved ones. At the end of the day, the most beautiful thing you can have is peace of mind.

4. Can you walk us through a typical day in your life, from workouts to content creation?

I usually wake up around 7 a.m. and start the day by walking my dog Zoe for about an hour. It’s one of my favorite parts of the day, being outside early and clearing my mind before everything starts. After that, I do my Pilates workout, which keeps me both toned and mentally centered. Then I make breakfast, usually fried eggs and vegetables with turkey bacon, or yogurt and granola if I’m in a hurry. From late morning until afternoon, I dedicate my time to work, answering emails, planning shoots, creating content, or being in meetings. Around 2 p.m. I take Zoe out for another long walk and grab a light lunch somewhere in between. My afternoons are often packed, especially because I collaborate with brands across different time zones. I recently graduated from real estate law school here in Sweden, but right now I’m fully focused on my modeling and influencer career. Evenings are my slow time. I love cooking; it’s therapeutic for me, especially when I cook for others. I usually put on music or a podcast, take my time with dinner, and enjoy the process. After dinner, I walk Zoe again, then wind down with skincare, maybe a face mask, and a show before bed.

5. Many people are curious about staying slim in a healthy, sustainable way. What habits or routines have genuinely worked for you over time?

For me, it’s all about balance and mindset. Restriction is never sustainable; I believe in enjoying your favorite foods, just in moderation. I follow an 80/20 approach, eating clean, whole foods most of the time but allowing flexibility when I want to. That freedom keeps me consistent and happy. Movement is key. I move every single day; it doesn’t have to be a heavy workout, walking 10 000 steps daily has truly changed my body and my mood. Consistency is everything. It’s better to do a little every day than go extreme for a week and burn out. I also think managing stress and getting enough sleep are underrated. When your body feels safe and balanced, it naturally finds its healthiest form.

6. Is there a fitness routine or type of movement that makes you feel your strongest and most confident?

Definitely Pilates and strength training. That combination has changed everything for me. Pilates gives me posture, grace, and control, while weights make me feel powerful and grounded. I also walk a lot, especially outdoors with Zoe, which keeps me lean and clears my mind. I don’t train for aesthetics anymore; I train for how it makes me feel. Feeling strong, connected, and confident is what truly motivates me.

7. What does healthy” mean to you personally, beyond just the physical appearance?

To me, healthy means peace. It’s being able to wake up with energy, feel calm in your body, and have a clear mind. It’s not about chasing perfection, it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Healthy is the way you speak to yourself, how you treat your body, and the people you choose to surround yourself with. For me, it’s about balance, working hard, resting deeply, and living with intention.

8. As an influencer, how do you navigate the fine line between authenticity and the polished perfection that social media often expects?

I think about that a lot. Social media can easily become a highlight reel, but I try to show both sides, the beautiful moments and the real ones. I love creating aesthetically pleasing content, but I never want to lose the human side of it. I speak honestly about my routines, my thoughts, and even the days that aren’t perfect. I think people connect to that more than anything else. Perfection is nice to look at, but authenticity is what builds trust.

9. Whats one misconception people have about the modeling industry that you wish you could change?

That it’s all glamour. People often see the final image and not the reality behind it, the long hours, the travel, the emotional ups and downs, and the self-discipline it takes to stay grounded. Modeling is a real job that requires professionalism, patience, and strength. The best models aren’t just beautiful; they understand storytelling, collaboration, and brand vision. It’s an art form but also a business.

10. Has moving to different countries or environments influenced your lifestyle, creativity, or approach to wellness?

Absolutely. I’ve lived in China, Paris, and London, and now I’m back living in Sweden. Each place has shaped me in different ways. Traveling taught me adaptability and independence; you learn how to stay centered even when your surroundings change constantly. Being back in Sweden now feels grounding. I love the calmness, nature, and balance here; it gives me space to recharge between travels. But I still travel often for work and collaborations, which keeps me inspired. It’s the best of both worlds, peace at home and inspiration abroad.

11. What are your current fashion obsessions, the pieces or trends you cant live without right now?

Lately I’ve been obsessed with elevated basics, pieces that feel simple but instantly make you look put together. Good tailoring, soft neutral tones, and clean silhouettes are everything to me. I love mixing masculine structures like oversized blazers or wide trousers with feminine details such as a fitted top or pointed heels. It’s that effortless balance that always feels modern. I’m also into quiet luxury right now, investing in fewer but better pieces that will stay in my wardrobe for years. Think cashmere knits, structured bags, gold jewelry, and timeless coats. I always want my outfits to look easy, minimal, and polished, but still have personality.

12. Whats next for you? Any projects, goals, or dreams youre excited to step into this year?

Right now, I’m focusing on growing both creatively and professionally, expanding my work with international brands, developing new collaborations, and building something of my own in the wellness and lifestyle space. I’m also planning a move from Sweden very soon, which feels like a big new chapter both personally and professionally. It’s something I’ve been dreaming about for a while, and I’m ready to take that next step. This year is all about growth, new environments, and continuing to evolve in my career while enjoying the journey and creating a life that feels beautiful inside and out.
