Anoeradha, you have been managing your own bookings and collaborations independently — how has this decision shaped your career growth, and what advantages has it given you in building strong, long-term professional relationships?
Managing my own bookings has given me the freedom to choose carefully who I collaborate with. It allows me to genuinely connect with the people behind each project, which creates stronger professional relationships. When you communicate directly and understand the vision from the beginning, you naturally become more aligned with the goal of the project. That clarity strengthens both the outcome and the partnership.
Since starting your modeling journey in 2017 and achieving an international breakthrough in 2025, what key turning points helped you transition from local recognition to global visibility?
One of the most important steps was proactively reaching out to photographers while travelling abroad. At the same time, consistent and strategic use of social media played a crucial role in increasing my visibility beyond local markets.
Your reviews consistently highlight your professionalism, communication skills, and positive energy on set — what personal principles or habits help you maintain such a strong reputation in the industry?
Consistency is key. It creates clarity in expectations and builds trust with the team. When people know what they can expect from you reliability, clear communication, and focus — the working environment becomes more comfortable and productive.
Coming from a cultural background where certain career paths may not always be widely accepted, what motivated you to pursue modeling with confidence and autonomy, and how did you overcome societal expectations?
What motivated me most were the challenges and growth opportunities the industry offers. Instead of focusing on how others expected me to live my life, I chose to focus on how I wanted to see myself. That shift in perspective brought me far more fulfilment than trying to meet external expectations. Confidence grows when you align with your own vision.
As your international presence continues to grow, what kind of collaborations are you aiming to attract next, and how do you see your personal brand evolving on a global scale?
I am grateful for where I stand today. However, looking ahead, I would love to expand my work beyond Europe and collaborate more across different continents. Exploring new markets, cultures, and creative industries will allow my personal brand to evolve globally while maintaining the authenticity that defines me.
